If you were a fan of "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" then the spin-off, "Get Him to the Greek" is sure to please you.
Aldous Snow has a big flop with his latest album and single, "African Child," which sets up the storyline of the film by trying to prevent the world's greatest rock star from a dying career by performing at "The Greek".
Problems of course arise when trying to actually get Aldous from point A to point B. Diddy is very effective and it makes you wonder how much of what he's doing is actually 'acting' or if it's how he is in real life. This film is extremely ridiculous, raunchy, clever, and surprisingly heartfelt. Is this better than "Forgetting Sarah Marshall"? No, but it's close.
